A week well spent in Tulsa. Giselle has only been in the JR Spring a handful of times and had not raced been on the race track since October. We were not really sure what to expect as this is her first time racing the shootout. She started out strong and never looked back. She won her heat race, going third to first. Started 3rd in her qualifier and finished 2nd. This gave her enough passing points to lock into the Feature which was huge. Dad missed it a little in the feature and Giselle made a couple mistakes and was unable to protect the bottom. Giselle ended the feature 11th. We will be back next year to chase the driller.
