First race back at The Bridge in 2026 — and what a way to start.
It was also the first-ever JR Sprint race at Millbridge, and Giselle made history by winning it. This win meant so much to Giselle and Michael. She has waited over a year, hoping Millbridge would add JR Sprints to the lineup.
The night started off a little slow after qualifying 5th out of 16 cars. She started on the outside pole in her heat race, was extremely loose, and slipped back to 4th. On the final lap, she made the pass for 3rd. Starting 5th in the feature, Giselle quickly worked her way forward and took over the lead around lap 6. From there, she led the rest of the 20-lap feature and brought home the trophy.
This year will look a little different for Giselle. We made the tough decision to sell all of our go-karts so we could make the move into the micro world.
For now, Giselle will compete in JR Sprint races at Millbridge, along with Hyper Racing Speedweeks and the Tulsa Shootout. She’ll also begin racing Restricted Micros once we get a few test sessions under her belt and feel she’s fully comfortable.
She is more than ready — Mom and Dad just haven’t given the official go yet.
Stay tuned for an updated schedule.
