The season hasn’t been terrible — Giselle has only missed one A-main — but it’s felt like we were in a bit of a slump. The past couple of weeks things started turning around, and Tuesday night she broke through with her first Box Stock win!

She qualified 3rd, which put her starting 4th in heat 3. She wasted no time moving to the front and won her heat race. That lined her up outside pole for the feature. She took the lead in turn one and never looked back, leading all 20 laps.

It wasn’t easy, though — several late-race cautions tightened things up and she had heavy pressure from 2nd and 3rd. But she nailed every restart, hit her lines, and pulled away to take the checkered flag and her first Box Stock victory! 🏆
