A rough night at the track. The night started off really strong. Giselle qualified 2nd out of 30 karts. This lined her up to start 4th in Heat 2 after the invert rule. The leaders got tangled up at the drop of the green flag and Giselle had no where to go but into the kart in front of her. The steering wheel jerked and she hit her elbow on the seat. She was able to finish the race and work her way into the final transfer spot (3rd). After the race, her elbow pain became unbearable and we had to make the tough decision to not race the feature.
